I have noticed this many times in alot of different settings, but without thinking too much about it, I just position myself in the optimal position for the 'fast zeal'. But can it really be true that position plays a role in the speed of an attack, or is it simply the graphics and sound, that can't keep up with the speed of zeal and therefore on occasion skips hits and attack animations?
Currently using Direct3D, but have experienced the same oddities on glide.|||I made the experience that a zeal series might not connect at all when using a range 1 weapon, like Gimmershreds, i.e. only one swing is made which won't hit, as if attacking with shift and no enemy is within rweapon range. That happens particularly often versus huge monsters like act bosses. Repositioning helps at that, using alt + left mouse button before attacking, to avoid targeting him and making useless attacks while actually being out of range. All is fine when using a range 2 weapon. I didn't notice anything like slow zeal so far, however.|||Quote:

Maybe I'm just imagining things then - wouldn't be the first time either
