Can Cube add 4 sockets to ilvl=1 Monarch?

Can i get 4os Monarch this way:

Crude Monarch + chipped Topaz + El = Monarch ilvl 1

Monarch ilvl 1 + AMN + TAL + perfect Ruby = Monarch with {1,2,3,4(??)} sockets

I've tried this 3 times and got 3 sockets each time, so i guess Cube recipe is capped the same way as Larzuk Quest and I wasted some runes and 3 pRubys ;-). Is it right?|||Quote:

Yes - max is 3 for any shield with ilvl < 25.|||here's some great info.
