grief vs botd

i got one question for zealer. if im useing phoenix shield and fortitude armor, which weapon will give me higher dmg in total, grief in ba or botd in eth ba? lets say in both cases same str and dex.

edit: i found one program for calculateing total dmg but its too complex for me, so i just need someone hwo tried both weapons with those armor and shield to tell me.|||There's really nothing to calculate: Irrespective of what gear you use Grief will do more damage. If you're playing pvm you'll want an indestructible weapon, so make Grief in a phaseblade.

Average damage per hit for:

-worst eBotD BA: 47.5*1.5*4.5 = 320

-best eBotD BA: 47.5*1.5*5.15 = 366

-worst Grief phaseblade: 33 + 340 = 373

He is refering to the repair costs of Grief made in a zerker in pvm. Phaseblade/Ebotdz are both indestructible.|||i made grief in pb for my zealer and im useing it with waterwalks, verdungo, draculas, forty, phoenix, gaze, raevns ring, crafted ring, metalgrid... and there is one problem. it seems that im not doing good enough dmg, max zeal and sacrifice for synergy. i tried with ebotd on non ladder on my smiter and no max zeal and sacrifice and seems like i kill faster. whats wrong?|||50% crushing blow on your smiter (I'm guessing) and none on your zealot, or your powers of observation :P

Using Gores, Highlord's and G-face on your zealot should help a buttload.|||you are right grief does more than ebotd. i had those items on smiter... and i borrowed ebotd from my friend on ladder and tried it with all same gear xept the weapon and grief showed better. ill use gores and g-face but im not touching my metagrid :-) i want it for duels :-)
