Mlvl for Act Bosses/Super Uniques

As the title implies... I'm looking for a list of the levels of the Act Bosses and Super Uniques by difficulty level, in an attempt to figure out where to run for particular items.

AFAIK, so long as a monster can drop from a given TC, and that mlvl is greater than the qlvl of the item, a monster can drop that unique or set item. However, it seems a little silly to just run Hell Baal for items, if you're interested in items that come from significantly lower TCs, with significantly lower qlvls. In fact, it may even be counterproductive to do so, as it would seems that the more TCs a monster can pick from would reduce the odds of picking from a lower TC. OTOH, you also don't want to pick a monster to run who could only drop an item if it picks from it's highest available TC, as it's unlikely to do that as well - so I'm looking for a "happy medium" between the two.

I already checked the stickied threads in this forum, and while I'm sure this info is in there somewhere, I can't find it. Can you help a brutha out?

EDIT: I'm not necessarily looking for ALL the super uniques, just the easy to get to ones. For example, I'm not trekking over to the Burial Grounds just to find Blood Raven on the off-chance she'll drop something I'm looking for. So the easily run super uniques, like Pindle, Shenk, Eldritch etc.|||Partly recalling from memory...

Duriel: 88

Meph: 87

Diablo: 94

Baal: 99

Pindle: 86

Eldritch: 85

Shenk: 85 (?)

Nihlathak: 95

CS seal bosses: 88

Baal minions: 88

Councils: 85 in Trav, 86 in Durance

Random bosses and their minions have a mlvl of area level+3, for champions it's +2.
