BOTD and CLVL

my question is can i make a botd zerker axe with a lvl 26 paladin without fear of it not turning out as it should?does clvl play no role at all in runeword creation as long as i have the required runes, item, number of sockets and rune placement order?|||The variables will still vary, but as long as the base item is correct, the rune order is correct you can still make a BoTD runeword at any level.|||Character level doesn't matter for creating runewords.

When it comes to item creation it's "only" a factor when crafting, a few cube recipes and shopping/gambling.|||Yes, you can make runewords with any lvl character. The rolls of the variable stats are random and not influenced by clvl.|||Quote:

... and items as quest rewards, like the rings from Akara and Ormus or imbuing from Charsi. I'm not sure about the free class-specific item from Anya, but I guess it's the same.|||Quote:

Ah, knew I was forgetting something, imubing is indeed clvl dependent, and so is Anyas class-specific gift. The rings from akara and ormus are however location dependent.|||Hmm, yes, I just checked that with my L1 Patriarchs and they get affixes which are way beyond their levels.|||Diadem is the only item that makes clvl irrelevant for imbuing. All diadems have an alvl of 99 which can spawn all affixes at any ilvl (ilvl 12 being the earliest imbue you can get at clvl 8).
