93 is the magic level when every amulet gambled and then crafted has a chance at +2 skills.

it just means you don't have to remember where an ammy dropped (hence it's ilvl), you can just gamble 'em. ez.|||Finally! Orange showoff thread If someone wants to see screenshots, please ask, I'll be happy to post them. Until then, just readouts.
