+skill damage & synergies

[:1]probably been discussed before, but how do they work out? Does it all roll together? Does the synergy bonus get applied first then +skill damage, or vice versa?|||the +%, like on rbfs works, exactly like lightning or fire mastery, so first the synergy, than the mastery - here the +% damage takes effect|||cool, thanks!
