20 FCR rod +3 WC skills?

I'd be interested in shopping such a item but i'm unsure they can actually spawn.

According to AS rods can get the "of magus" suffix and the "echoing" prefix should supposedly be able to spawn on "weapons". A rod is a weapon, right?

I'm really doubtful about any weapon with FCR and barb skills spawning.|||They don't spawn-- warcry skills only spawn on regular weapons not rods. It would take days to shop one even if it did spawn.

I confused rods with scepters.|||But scepters can spawn with 10 FCR. I think i made a thread about this awhile ago asking why i could never find one with 20 FCR. The conclusion was that scepters were the exception on what "rods" can spawn with, or something of that nature.

I guess my question was sort of rethorical as i was already pretty sure the FCR + barb skills combo to be impossible, regardless of whether rods clasify as weapons. But the vague general wording of AS did prompt me to ask first, to be entirely sure. Maybe wands spawning with barb tab skills where a super rare, but possible, occurance. (As i also never saw for example a scepter with holy shield, in game that is)

Anyways, the "idea" was to get 2 + 3 warcry weapons socketed with 2 ists each for MF and FCR to help horking and BOing speed. But, without the FCR i'm not sure it's worth it (actually i'm not sure it's worth it with FCR either, lol)|||it wont help your mf, but hoto comes to mind for +3/fcr.|||Quote:

could just use one hoto and one 6x ist crystal sword. compromise? :P|||Unfortunately i don't have a Hoto yet. (just starting from scratch again, SP)

What i thought was also a "decent" idea was using two suicide branches socketed with two ists? Or are there better alternatives (aside from Hoto)?|||spirits, wizzys or a combination. when i get my barbs teleporting i always stick with wizzys for their mana and fcr.|||and Wizzy is cheep|||Quote:
