chance to knockback in pvp?

what is the chance to knockback in pvp. also what happens if you have succesfull block?

i only found this info:

Chance to cause Knockback

Vs. large (eLarge): 32/128 = 25%

Vs. small (eSmall): 128/128 = 100%

everyone else: 64/128 = 50%

everyone else=pvp also ?

Nope, "you either have it or you don't" is the rule to follow in this case.
