Hell forge, am I just unlucky?

[:1]Since 1.10, I have played 10+ hardcore charaters through hell. And I have never get a rune higher than pul through the Hell forge quest. Even Nightmare forge gives a couple of um.

Am I unlucky, or does the hell forge drop high runes at a lower frequency|||As far as I know all runes have the same chance to drop. (in hell from Hel to Gul)

It's all down to luck|||The chance to have nothing beyond Pul in hell HF 10 times in a row is (7/11)^10 = 1% which is frustratingly low, but not unbelievably low .|||Sorry, I dont mean to laugh at your misfortune... but that sucks man.
