Lvl required to kill ancients and baal

i just couldnt find info with the search function. question is what's the clvl required to complete ancients and baal quest on normal/nm/hell?|||20 for normal, 40 for nightmare and 60 in hell. The level requirement is for ancients only, you can get baal quest at any level by staying in town while being partied with someone who does the quest.
