Bonehew on necro-merc?

If a necro is using a 2. act merc with bonehew, are the bonespears from bonehew then effected by synergies from skills in the necromancers bone skill-tree?

Thanks.|||Unfortunately no, the mercenary will not benefit from the synergies in the necromancer pnb skills tree. If you were to equip the bonehew yourself however (which is just plain silly) and directly attack a monster then the bonespears would be synergized. Synergies only work for hard points in a skill and only apply to that character, not their mercenaries.
