Item bonuses

What those bonus mean?

+1 to fireball

+1 to raise skeletons

And when there is a bonus to a wand, ie he only for melee attack or on the spell you cast? (regardless +10 casting speed or aboves bonuses...)

thanks!|||Those are staffmods, which mean that if a character of the appropriate class is welding that item, they get that bonus to the skill. If they already have that skill, it will be boosted, and if they don't already have that skill, then they will be able to use it.
